THEY DO NOT PAYTHEIR BILLS !! I have a small business in regional Victoria. We completed work for Solar link 4.5hrs from Melbourne in January 2025, invoice sent February 2025. Multiple emails and phone calls later , this large Australia wide business is still NOT paying our invoice . We will not be completing any further work for this company and are very disappointed . Be VERY CAREFUL if you are a contractor and contacted to complete work for Solar link .
Adam and his crew were great—polite, quick, and honest. The system is doing a terrific job. One idea: a simple check-in a month after installation would really show how much they care about long-term service.
They fixed my digital lock and told me how to keep it from happening again.
From the quote to the installation, Solar Link Australia did a great job. Adam and the crew were nice and honest about how much everything would cost. My bills are already much lower! It would be wonderful to check my daily savings if you added an online tracker app.
The management and staff at Solar Link Australia are excellent in the way they deliver on their solar products. There is nothing too much trouble to fix and assist you. I had a set of solar batteries installed recently. Grant and his offsider were extremely courteous and professional with their work and the way they interacted with me as the customer.
