More than 8 weeks since skylight order was placed on skylightdeals (online retailer of Solar lighting of Virginia) and no shipment details issued until I filed complaints with both BBB and the federal trade commission (FTC). The person in charge of this business only needs to contact Velux and place the order. I placed the order on the 30th of July and he did not call Velux until the 21st of September. That was done after I reviewed its business badly both in Google and Facebook and sent a complaint to FTC. Not sure why this... read more

Horrible customer service, take the money first then weeks passed and no delivery happens. Customer service can not take care of the problems, every time they ask same questions about your order details and pass them to their manager but do nothing about fixing the issue. Manager then email saying they will deliver soon, but again nothing happens. Worse company I ever order anything from, do not use....!!!!
