I'm currently a tenant and it is impossible to get a hold of them. They don't answer or return calls and they don't respond to online maintenance requests. We had a kitchen fire and need a new stove and they are not responding. Terrible service. We have called Xan Innes multiple times and left messages.
I would give them "zero stars" except I don't want readers to assume I forgot to rate them. The only thing this company excels at is dishonesty and laziness.
They'll take your money and give you the run around! Don't waste your time!! The "properties" that are for "rent" are not legit!
SCAMMERS!!! Please don’t get excited about NONE of their listings or ANYTHING associated with these crooks. I’m highly disappointed!!!
If you need a place to rent and you're not in a position to be choosy, this company is going to have something for you. Just an FYI -- this group really seems to be troubled with all things having to do with "water" (very ironic) from lack of rain gutters to plumbing issues to rotting kitchen floors that warrant responses like "The subfloor condition is fine and we have no plans to do any work to it at this time." The rent goes up every year, too, but the maintenance doesn't. This house had great potential; what a shame.
