Had my home done and I didn't receive eveything that was written in our contract. First I was offered 26 panels they only applied 24, also a VSPP pool pump never installed. I called and when they finally picked up the phone they said once you sign your documents then we will get that pool pump installed. I signed the completed documents and they received their money from the bank. I emailed again about the pool pump and still nothing. Not as professional as should be. Approval of systems take a very long time. The CEO will make offers that are not honored. Once they get paid they don't want to hear from you the customer. Customer service is not a strong point and is a part of their business that deserves a failing grade . Wish I worked with a different company. Be careful, the sizing and pricing are done to sell the system and not handled to power most to all of your needs

If I could have put a -0 on the stars, I would have! I signed up with these people in May 2017. I made several phone calls to "Stephanie" who kept giving me excuses as to why they haven't been out (busy in Orlando, installer sick, only one installer, etc.). My husband passed away in August still waiting to hear from Solar Homes. More phone calls to "Destiny" (by that time), still excuses ~ FINALLY two installers came out DECEMBER 29th, 2017 (SEVEN MONTHS LATER), and didn't seem too happy. Buyer beware! Started process March 2018. Was told I would be up and running in MAY. My panels were put on the roof June 5. FOUR FAILED INSPECTIONS. And no further communication at all. Had to go through my LOAN company to get this taken care of! STILL in the process, but the new contractor is wonderful with communication. BUYER BEWARE.
