This company is horrible my system is having issues. They were paid to take my panels off the roof so my roof good be replaced and they put them back up wrong. System is down they don’t respond. Solar fit is horrible they have no customer service they are just money hungry and have no idea what they are doing. Do not use this company ever they are a scam. I will be filing a report with the BBB and possibly be seeking legal action against them. Don’t use them.
I am in the middle of a new build and have had delay after delay.Talked with Joe and explained my situation and he kept after me for a deposit. I finally did. After more delays I decided to cancel solar till a later date being more pressing things to deal with. I was told my deposit is non refundable due to resources used. What resources ? What to say Danielle with there customer service/sales team always works hard to go beyond and take care of the customers.. I love working with her and how she stays on top of things .
I Purchased panels to heat the pool about 9 years ago. We are selling the house and the buyers lender wanted proof that we did not lease the panels. I didn’t save any receipts for the install but I called SOLAR FIT and the administrative person there found my order, typed up a letter on company letterhead, had it signed by the vice president, and emailed me a copy. Great customer service.
