What a complete joke!!! Rip-off, scam and just completely unprofessional!!! First off, I contacted the "owner" James and set up to where he'd come to my house on a Sunday at 9am, he asked to text my address, I confirmed with him the day prior and called him around TEN am asking where he was, and he said "thought you were coming here to my house" lol He came, had absolutely zero tools, needed to borrow a vacuum, screwdrivers and a wrench and THEN NEEDED ME TO HELP!
