I received a call about solar panels out of the blue from the owner, Shahryar Khan. I met with Mr. Khan. I found him to be a charlatan. Solar Express does not have any type of license. Nor are they registered with the California Secretary of State as a business. He admits he subcontracts all of the work. Most of the reviews were submitted on the same date. Many of the names do not have any vowels in them. I decided not to hir3e them for anything.
They were fast, reliable and informative.
