I would not recommend this company to anyone. They quoted that they would monitor the system and provide tech support should the system report a fault. The system ordered was: Trina panels 13.26kw Fronius Symo GEN24 10.0 Plus 13.8kw BYD BATTERY-BOX PREMIUM HVM 5x Battery Stack The installers from this company are rubbish and the company does not bother to correct or attempt to remedy issues. We had solar installed on our units over 12 months ago at an exorbitant cost by this company. I still don’t get a rebate as they still haven’t arranged an inspection with Ausgrid. I have contacted them numerous times and just given a runaround. My next step is to contact fair trading to see what can be done and for compensation. I would not recommend this company at all.
Loose wires and only a 1 year workmanship warranty. Would not recommend
