Scott was great to work with. He helped me design a better system at a better price then I was about to purchase from a big online solar store. It arrived quickly and he was very responsive with any questions or supplies that I needed. Highly recommend for the DIY home solar install.

I can't speak high enough about the sales staff and owner of this company. They have gone above and beyond making sure, as a customer I was taken care of. They replaced two solar panels that were damaged in shipping at their cost because of a fraudulent shipping company. (OLD Dominion) fraudulently changed the bill of lading after they refused to give us an electronic version of the bill we signed for. Worked with Bill at Solar Electric. Very prompt on returning calls and getting me an accurate quote. Helped me to fill out Electric Company application and I was Approved in 1 day. Given all necessary information to install my system myself. My system has been up and running now 9 months. Working up to and above expectations. Saved my thousands of dollars over quotes from local companies here in OH.
I worked with **** H and he provided great service. You can always tell a great company of how they react when things don't go as planned. In this case a 3rd party shipping company was having difficulties with miscommunicated shipping dates and part of a shipment being left at their docks. Although it was not Solar Electric Supply's direct issue, **** offered an upgrade to my inverter. I felt as if he took ownership for the issues with the delivery company, and in the process has made me a loyal customer.
