My Yardworks log splitter’s splitting ram would not retract. I was in the middle of a big job and I couldn’t figure out why. I called the Yardworks help line - spoke to Ray who was both knowledgeable and helpful - and as the splitter was no longer on warranty - gave me names addresses and phone numbers of a couple of shops in Nanaimo that could do repairs.
