Owner was very unprofessional and rude. Not someone I’d ever want in my house!
Purchased a house with in which Solar Electric Pros did the installation of a 21 panel system in 2017. The roof leaked in 2021 and the company would not come out to evaluate the cause and would not pull the panels off even though I offered to pay to have the panels removed by them. The place of business on their website is not accurate as they have moved.
Dan was great. On time when he said he’d come by, estimate & quote. Spot on time for the work, in, done & out exactly to plans, yet stayed in touch with me throughout entire project, to ensure all critical details as I wanted. Yet still very self-directed, methodically, & meticulous. All done with me putting a bit of a rush on him. Thanks Dan!
These guys are true solar pros - excellent service, punctuality, and professionalism. Dan explained the entire process and made it easy. They went above and beyond to get this installed before the holidays. I would recommend them to my family and friends.
