3 stars bc if you go to Danny, your good. He does great work. Hannah, however, not great. She’s rushed and sloppy. I had my eyebrows waxed and have leftover wax all over my face- ever time. She doesn’t seem to care about the quality of her work, just rushes thru it. This is not a one time occurrence, I have been to her several times and have always left unsatisfied. Got a regular pedicure for $30. The ladies are super nice!!! Very clean and friendly place.
Can’t answer simple question on the phone of how much a refill would cost. Let them know what I wanted done size and everything and all they could say was “I gotta come in so they can look”. Then popped an attitude. Horrible.
If I could put zero stars I would! Took my 14yo daughter to get her eyebrows and upper lip waxed yesterday. (11/3). My daughter kept saying how hot the wax was and the lady continued to wax her eyebrows. She didn’t bother to cool the wax and she was rushing the entire time. Last night my daughter was complaining about how hot her face felt after getting waxed and this morning both her eyebrows and upper lip were extremely red from being BURNED from the wax.
