We wrote to Craig a month ago asking if he could offer us a solution for the problems that we are experiencing with the under bunk air conditioner that he installed in our 16 foot pop top caravan. We have still not received a response. We are not happy with this unit and feel ripped off for the following reasons: 1. He said that he was selling us a top notch product, made by an expert in air conditioning, that would be ample to cool our small 16 foot pop top caravan.
