Very poor service. Paid a lot of money, only to get the van home and nothing we asked to be fixed was fixed! We had no interior lights. Pretty poor considering we were going away the following weekend. I'd give no stars if I could.
Craig was very obliging and did a great job with our can.
We wrote to Craig a month ago asking if he could offer us a solution for the problems that we are experiencing with the under bunk air conditioner that he installed in our 16 foot pop top caravan. We have still not received a response. We are not happy with this unit and feel ripped off for the following reasons: 1. He said that he was selling us a top notch product, made by an expert in air conditioning, that would be ample to cool our small 16 foot pop top caravan. Travelling through Shepparton Recently and had brake issues on my tandem axle van which required replacement of 4 sets of backing plates, I was referred to this business from a reputable caravan suspension company.
