Solar Cellz USA is worst company I have done business with. THIS COMPANY WILL LITERALLY STEAL YOUR MONEY. I ordered an expensive Tesla battery and the backup Gateway for a total of about $12,000. They took 2 months to tell me they wouldn't deliver the products and that I would be getting a refund. No body ever followed up for the refund. Whenever I called to ask about this, their customer service team would ask me to leave a message. They could never transfer my call to someone who was actually in charge of refunds.
