I spoke with a rep. by the name of Jason today. I'm a real dummy on solar heat for pools, but after talking to him, I felt very educated on that subject. I was so impressed that I decided to order my parts from him, to tackle the problems with the solar panels, even though I had never heard of this company. I will see how this works out, but I feel confident that if I have any problems he will talk me through it.
