I'd wanted to go solar for a long time. I wanted a 15kw system with state-of-the-art components including as much battery storage as I could afford. We had an initial visit to get our solar back online - it works but won't connect to the internet/wifi so that we can see the health and energy produced. A new cord was needed and ordered. They confirmed it was "on his desk". We've reached out to the company 4 times and have had 2 noshows for appts. I understand a repair is not as lucrative as a new system install and that the company is "busy with new installs" and "will try to get to us". It's been a month. Unhappy.

Dana was extremely helpful and accommodating to resolve our faulty inverter as quickly as possible. He took care of all the hassle with Solar Edge to get a new inverter on warranty and, once the inverter was finally received, came quickie to install. He is extremely knowledgeable about all things solar and gave very good insight into all the options for potential upgrades I was investigating. I would highly recommend the Solar Boss team.
