Very good at troubleshooting any problems! Can explain billing in a simplified manner of understanding. He is right on time for appointments. Pleasant to work with! Highly recommend and staying local works very well also!

My first call for all things solar! Not only were they great to work with on the initial installation - and very dedicated to doing a quality job - but even three years later, Dana is still quick to answer any questions and help however possible. The absolute best customer service!!!

We had a wonderful experience with Solar Boss! After a not so wonderful experience with the company that originally installed our Solar system (Daybreak Solar, which is no longer in business). Our system had stopped working a while ago and in my search of Solar companies in Jax I came across Solar Boss. Dana got right back to me, came over to assess the issue and we were up and running the next day! So thankful we found Solar Boss. Fantastic company! Dana is an incredible gentleman. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Helped me get my replacement system up and running. Can’t too highly recommend him and his company!

Very knowledgeable and prompt, friendly service. Bought a 8kW Hybrid inverter to replace one that I had bricked. Helpful on tech support - even on a late saturday afternoon.
