This was my first time using Solar Bear and I am glad I did. They were very courteous and understood exactly what my clients needed. The inspector Jay was very polite and showed up on time. Explained everything very well. He did a thorough inspection. All the way down to the screws. I will be referring them to all my clients that are buying a home with solar panels.

We were having an issue with our solar panels all of them stopped working at the same time. We were so fortunate to have Donnie come out and fix our issue. Donnie had worked all day having several jobs got to our house at 8pm. He figured out the problem within minutes. We can’t say enough about Donnie. He is knowledgeable, professional, friendly and someone who cares about the company he works for and the customers he is in contact with, Donnie is always welcomed in our home.
One of the best things about Solar Bear is their solar techs. We just recently had an unplanned power failure which, among other things disabled part of our solar array. Donny came out at the end of his long day, found the problems and reset the system. He then checked back with us the next day. We really appreciated his skill and positive attitude
***Updated*** Got a call today from the owner Blake and he seemed truly upset and unaware the job was unfinished. Giving the opportunity to correct will update again.
