In the month of May 2025 I had Solarbear come out to remove and replace my Solor Panels 54, Tell the tune off 12,500, so after My solar panels were replaced back after a couple of days I noticed why were they so filthy so a representative from Solarbear came and tried to wash off with the garden hose the dirt but realized they had greasy stains handprints, mr. I'm happy with the product but not with the company's customer service and follow through. I referred 2 people and both had their property damaged . Had email discussions with them and it went from hopeful to them ignoring me.

Extremely disappointed with the lack of support from Solar Bear. My solar system was installed by them in 2019. I’m currently dealing with a serious system failure — 10 Silfab panels are visibly damaged (hotspots and discoloration), and my SolarEdge inverter is showing multiple error codes (including voltage imbalance). I’ve contacted Silfab directly, and they’re willing to help under warranty — but the process requires support from the installer, which is Solar Bear. Bait-and-switch warning! I was quoted a deal with clear terms and a ~$117/month lease - signed accordingly. Days later, Troy from Solar Bear suddenly tells me it was a “computer error” and pushes a new price nearly double the agreed to $210/mo! Now they’re also telling me I need to cancel and clean up their mistake with the finance company. Obviously, sales gimmicks and absolutely unprofessional! Solar is a big investment — if this is how they start, imagine what comes after. Suggesting to stay away

I am changing my review from a 1 star review to a 4 star review. After seeing my review they promptly came out and fixed all of our problems with the investors that weren't working and wvwn completed a complimentary cleaning of the panels. It would have been a 5 star review had they just done the work or returned the many phone calls in the 2 months I was trying to reach them. But they are a good company who wvwntually stood behind their word and went over and beyond. Thank you.
