A contract means nothing to this company. Mine says I will have free cleanings for five years. Not knowing I had to call for it I missed the first year. I received the cleaning the second year but when they were to keep an appointment for the third year, I was told they don’t do that anymore. I learned this when I called on the day of my appointment to see if I needed to be home. They were not even going to tell me they were not coming. This was my first time using Solar Bear and I am glad I did. They were very courteous and understood exactly what my clients needed. The inspector Jay was very polite and showed up on time. Explained everything very well. He did a thorough inspection. All the way down to the screws. I will be referring them to all my clients that are buying a home with solar panels.

We were having an issue with our solar panels all of them stopped working at the same time. We were so fortunate to have Donnie come out and fix our issue. Donnie had worked all day having several jobs got to our house at 8pm. He figured out the problem within minutes. We can’t say enough about Donnie. He is knowledgeable, professional, friendly and someone who cares about the company he works for and the customers he is in contact with, Donnie is always welcomed in our home.
