Nathan was very knowledgeable, friendly and extremely patient. All contacts with the people in this business displayed what good customer service really is. A pleasure to deal with. Six stars would be more appropriate.
This is the third time I have used this company for panels and inverter, then hot water and most recently a battery as they provide consistent and reliable service and good advice. The technicians arrive on time and are professional and courteous.
I must place on record the first rate service and assistance we received from Nathan Barden of the Hastings office , for which we are most grateful. Our recommendation to any friends and family should be noted . Also the quick and easy installation managed by Kieren and Blayde on Monday. We are greatly satisfied with the service provided by Solargain’s 5star team

Approachable, courteous and knowledgeable is how i’d describe both the onsite install team and the people back at base. They were available when I had questions and able to answer them succinctly. The person who did the final inspection of the install commented on the work done - a tidy job. They designed a system to work with our needs, we have had the system running a month and are pleased with its performance.
