This is the outcome of their service. They torque the lugs with the air gun in a reckless manner that it damages the thread on the studs causing issues like this one. I spoke with José the owner and he told me that if it didn't break in their hands that he won't do anything about it, when they're the ones that damaged the stud in the first place. Great customer service. They sure lost a customer with their shitty as services.
