One of my downspouts came detached at the top from my two-story home and was leaning dangerously over my backyard, held in place only by the bottom attachment, which was also in the process of pulling loose (attached to the house by nails rather than screws, which isn't great). Frank is a rarity in the profession. He did a complete gutter job on our home 15 years ago, and just came out to do some additional work. His gutters never leak. If they do, he has a lifetime warranty. No one else offers this level of service and customer satisfaction. He is the only one to use for gutters.
