I had several family heirloom rings and a pearl necklace that I wanted to confirm the value. Betsy was able to provide me with an appraisal of materials in addition to cleaning the rings. Friendly friendly and knowledgeable. Seemed like they had a nice variety of products for sale as well. Will consider for future purchases.
I just had the most lovely experience at this jewelry store! I've been a fan since they were at the Solano Ave location in Berkeley.
