Great service.
I brought two vintage cigarette lighters in to be fixed. Basically, my lighters were forgotten about. In addition, I asked for an estimate before approving, or not approving, the work to be done. That was not done. The lighters were fixed without my approval. Also, I was told the lighters (one with a clock) were fixed. When I picked up the lighters the one with the clock was not fixed. I had several family heirloom rings and a pearl necklace that I wanted to confirm the value. Betsy was able to provide me with an appraisal of materials in addition to cleaning the rings. Friendly friendly and knowledgeable. Seemed like they had a nice variety of products for sale as well. Will consider for future purchases.
