This is hands down the worst place I have ever lived in. The building is infested with cockroaches — it’s absolutely disgusting. The administrator is never at her desk and clearly doesn’t care about tenants at all. The so-called “secured” underground parking is a joke: cars keep getting broken into, windows smashed, and belongings stolen. Management does nothing about it. Zero responsibility, zero safety, zero service. I strongly warn everyone to stay away from this place. It’s a complete disaster
I would highly recommend this apartment building. I've lived here nearly 14 years and have had no issues. The staff are all friendly and helpful, and the building is kept very clean and secure.
The staff that work here are friendly and great. However as the construction and homelessness around the area grows, so does your rent.
I personally have no complaints. It is kept clean, is a safe and secure building. The staff are friendly and considerate.
