I made the trip to send in a few of my dryers that I’ve had for years, and I’m so glad I did! I had the chance to meet the team and even got a behind-the-scenes tour, which was such a cool experience. To top it all off, I walked out with a brand-new hair dryer after they gave me a discount for being a hairstylist and another for making the trip. That level of customer service is hard to find these days. Everyone was incredibly welcoming and helpful. 10/10—I highly recommend them!
