I've only been to the Fairfield location so I can't speak for Vacaville but this is by far the worst kind of medical group you could ask for. I had an appt at 4:30 that I was running behind on- I walked in 4:32, at which point they told me they might not be able to see me because I was late. Mind you they didn't talk to me until 4:51 so how they know exactly what time I walked in or even had an appt for is beyond me. Then the rude receptionist tells me that we're 30 min into. 45 min ultrasound so they're gonna cancel Me. Umm... read more
