I am always very impressed with the quality, timeliness, and cost of the service I receive at wash 101. They have gotten stains out of clothes that I thought were completely ruined. The staff is incredibly friendly as well. Couldn’t recommend a place much more!
This business has kept my designer dress for over two months, with no resolution. I brought it in for dry-cleaning and a zipper repair. The repair was poorly done, they admitted that in person. I asked them not to proceed further without my approval. They ignored that request and then stopped communicating. After multiple follow-ups, they promised to deliver the dress. That never happened. Gave them clothing to fix months ago and they still haven’t returned it. Communication is awful—lots of false promises, then they go completely MIA. This isn’t my first bad experience either: items came back with stains, and they constantly tried to tack on extra charges. Unprofessional and unreliable.

I took my summer whites uniform in after getting a black stain at the hem. I wish I took before and after photos because they came back like new. They saved me from having to buy a new uniform!
