Whe I toured this place everything looked fine. But they are kind of disorganized and handled application process very poorly especially in terms if communication and updates(I had to call myself constantly bunch of times). Plus they wanted to rip me off for a deposit over $2k(one month + 500) even though I have a solid and perfect rental history. Good luck with that!! So I just wasted my time and 50 bucks or whatever it was for the application. And seeing they have lots of security issues now I think it was a good decision ... read more
I have been living here for a little over 5 years now. I absolutely love living here. The grounds are kept nice and clean, the apartment for a 2 bedroom is very spacious and it feels like your in a single story home. The pool area with the cabanas and jacuzzi and bbq area is awesome! We have used this bbq area quite often over the years. Love the 24 hr gym. Gated community. Roaming security. Excellent staff. Beautiful community room where they have things going on monthly and an espresso coffee machine where you can get free... read more
Absolutely love living here!! The management team is amazing and always happy to help with anything! Place is always very clean and nice looking, which is important to me! The apartment homes are also a very quiet and peaceful place to live! No complaints here!
best place to live if only they actually background check their tenants. we have super ghetto neighbors
2/8 Update: We received a "Security & Crime Prevention" email, the gate on the Right front entrance is repaired & they've installed a mobile security camera. It might be helpful to have one on both sides of the complex. But I appreciate what's been done. 2/5 Update: CAUTION WHEN STAYING AT PROPERTIES OWNED BY WARMINGTON. 20+ cars broken into 2 separate times.
