I had high hopes for Solana when I moved in. From the outside, it appears to be a nice, cozy apartment community. However, after living here for a few months, I can honestly say I am extremely disappointed with the overall condition and management of this property. My biggest concern is the pest problem. I have lived in multiple apartment complexes throughout Las Vegas and have never seen as many roaches and beetles as I have here. Arrived at the apartments for a tour just for the leasing agent to go on lunch and not arrive back until 2pm. Was sent the wrong address and to another Solana apartment and once I arrived no one here to tour me. Such time and gas wasted!
2/17/2026 UPDATE: We are getting ready to move out of state and wanted to share an update as we first moved in in 2022. PROS and WINS: -Chyla and Courtney have been here since we moved in and have ALWAYS been helpful. They're always quick to respond and do everything within their power to address issues and needs that come up. -Albert (one of the maintenance team members), he's SO NICE and always helpful and quick with repairs. My son got a great experience and the office staff and management was very professional and great customer service
I've lived here for 1 year now and I have really enjoyed it. The management is nice and not unreasonable at all. I love my apartment and have had minimal issues that they have immediately fixed. It's quiet, peaceful, and well kept. The pool is nice and they have comfy chairs to lounge on. It's secure here with built in alarms in the apartments and I have never felt safer living out here. I enjoy it here!
