Staff are great, had a washer go out, they were able to get a new washer within a couple days, and also let me use a vacant unit to do my laundry.
I was in town for 3 days for a home tour since I am moving to SLC for work. I scheduled my visit a week ahead of time. The night before I received an email asking to reschedule for the next week because of an Easter Egg Hunt. When I replied I couldn't and needed to keep my appointment (but gave a couple options that I could make) I received no reply.
