I’ve been living at Solameer for about a month now, and I finally feel ready to write a review. I really love the exterior design of the townhomes, and the price point is amazing, great value for what you get! I also appreciate that, unlike some apartments with unpredictable and extreme price changes, Solameer has been very straightforward and honest with their pricing. The management really strives to make this a community. They create fun and engaging activities to bring everyone together. They strive to resolve issues and concerns promptly and have been great to work with.
We’ve lived here about a year and I have zero complaints! The staff are absolutely wonderful . They go above and beyond to help you and serve our community and residents. They throw parties nearly every month and give out prizes and gifts to the residents. They really care about you. I have children and they love their home here at Solameer Townhomes. The playground, gym, and pool and hot tub are phenomenal! This is the best place to live in Utah! Join us for a great living!
I have lived here since June and am absolutely loving it. From the staff, to the cleanliness, this place is a great option to rent from.
My wife and I are on our second lease here and we really like this place, management is helpful and kind, maintenance is timely and helpful, the grounds are well kept and the amenities are nice, I would recommend living at Solameer
