Super High Five to Ricky Rice and his crew!!! Old installer went belly up and left us stranded with a roof full of non functioning solar panels. Solair went out of their way to offer assistance on short notice. Tim S. also was super professional and a great help in getting Rick and crew out to our house going above and beyond in excellent customer service!!!

Salesmen Tim Sexton walked us through the whole process (not just sales) from signing the contract to receiving solar credits. He made us feel like we were important to him. Very informative and explained everything.
Ricky Rice handled the activation at our new home. He was awesome - showed us everything and explained in terms we could understand since we're not familiar with using solar. He was respectful, friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. If he's representative of how Solair conducts its business, they're for sure the company you want.
