A big shoutout to Solarhart’s technicians Daniel, Kye and Liam. They arrived on time and greeted me in a friendly and professional manner. They installed four more solar panels to my existing array and a hybrid inverter to make ready for the arrival of a 19.2 kw battery. We have had the powerstore hot water for about 18months now, I was sold that I would be able to have some control over the operation of the system but this was not true. On several occasions I have asked the support desk for this and nothing. The system has frequently had issues with consuming lots of power at the most expensive time of the day. Now we have an issue where it is constantly heating and we are having to wait 10 plus minutes for the hot water to flow through and we are waiting for someone to provide a solution. ... read more
