Sydney team are useless. Sales don’t know the products they are selling, installers and Electricians and contractors don’t know what they are doing. They blame the manufacturer but I call the manufacturer and find out Solahart are liars. A few years ago they were a trusted brand but now completely negligent, ordered a battery upgrade in late 2025 and to date, they rescheduled twice and stuffed up the installation. I’ve contacted fair trading now since they don’t respond to my emails. This is no longer a trusted business
My 79 year old mother had called the company as she stopped getting hot water. She had a solarhart hot water tank installed in 2022. They charged her $190 for call out. The guy came only opened the bottom panel of the tank, said all was good. Went to mum's switchboard and found the safety switch had turned off. He turned it on and left. He didn't even open the top panel of the tank. If he had, he would have found that the tank was leaking from within and hence why the electric connection was cutting off. This company took our deposit, came to the job site, realise they are not capable of completing the job, says "oh no i have to refund you", but then now it's over half year they said refund is still in progress. This company is a shame!!!
I regret choosing Solahart for my solar and battery installation because the after-sales service and follow-up have been extremely poor. My battery was installed in July 2025. Soon after installation, there were communication issues between the inverter and battery. I later learned that Solahart had failed to install a communication cable between them, despite the distance being too great to rely on a wireless connection. The system is 5 years old, then in Nov 2026 found out one panel not doing good, reported to the service department they replaced with second hand panel just as bad as my old one they told me in January 2026 they will replace it with a new one still waiting, their excuse is can't find installer to do the job and have no idea when they will attend to my job so in the mean time I'm losing so many kw sinceNovember 2025, the inverter is good so are the panels but service does is not working. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.
