Would NOT recommend EVER. This company is HORRENDOUS FROM THE TOP DOWN! A lot can be said about how a business repairs issues once they arise, Solahart makes them worse! Their service is poor from start to finish, their manner abrupt and arrogant. Definitely do NOT recommend. You'd better hope you never need to make a warranty claim with Solahart Sydney. In my experience, you could be waiting a very long time. They installed our PV system a few years ago. One of the panels is not producing power, so I logged a warranty claim. They were quick to respond - they confirmed one of the optimisers is faulty. The first issue is that they failed to populate the details of the physical layout when the system was installed, so they don't know which optimiser is dead. We had solar panels installed approximately 5 years ago via Solahart. Since then, we’ve had multiple issues that have led me to leave this review today and say quite honestly I would not recommend — and will never deal with Solahart again. A few years after installation, a bracket broke in a storm. It took over 9 months, and countless phone calls and emails, before a repair was finally arranged.
