We've had a Solahart hot water system on our roof for over 35 years and have always been happy with the product itself. What to say when everything went so smoothly....Blake from Solarhart came around and supplied more info then I could take in and was really helpful with the council. On the day - the battery team arrived first with the installation team and head electrician soon after. They worked as one and the level of detail from the installation team gave me a lot of confidence. The head electrician double checked and signed off on everything, very precise. Great after sales service. Had an issue with my 4 year old solar. Solahart were able to troubleshoot the issue remotely and then Technician was out within a week, replaced faulty hardware first visit and all resolved with clear communication. Good warranty support makes a huge difference!
