You'd better hope you never need to make a warranty claim with Solahart Sydney. In my experience, you could be waiting a very long time. They installed our PV system a few years ago. One of the panels is not producing power, so I logged a warranty claim. They were quick to respond - they confirmed one of the optimisers is faulty. We had solar panels installed approximately 5 years ago via Solahart. Since then, we’ve had multiple issues that have led me to leave this review today and say quite honestly I would not recommend — and will never deal with Solahart again. A few years after installation, a bracket broke in a storm. It took over 9 months, and countless phone calls and emails, before a repair was finally arranged. We've had a Solahart hot water system on our roof for over 35 years and have always been happy with the product itself. However, trying to contact Solahart Sydney recently has been an absolutely terrible experience. I was hung up on three times while trying to get help—no one seems to answer the phone, and there's no way to speak with a real person directly. What to say when everything went so smoothly....Blake from Solarhart came around and supplied more info then I could take in and was really helpful with the council. On the day - the battery team arrived first with the installation team and head electrician soon after. They worked as one and the level of detail from the installation team gave me a lot of confidence. The head electrician double checked and signed off on everything, very precise.
