We were really impressed: 1. Kale came the next day after we contacted them, 2. Kale checked out the problem and fixed it very quickly. 3. He had trouble getting through the side gate, so he fixed the loose bolts on the latch as well!!! 4. Very friendly and knowledgeable about these systems.
