I do not recommend this company. Solahart Rockingham has poor customer service and does not follow through on promises. After installing a solar hot water system in May 2025, for which we paid $6605, we reported an issue within 24 hours. No one called back as promised. Three weeks later, the system still malfunctioned as the circuit breaker kept tripping after 15-30 minutes. System was nothing but trouble from day one! Badly installed, poor service and unreliable. If you do decide to have solar panels fitted, make sure you get ice protection because if you live north of Mandurah, they won’t fit it. Solar panels don’t last 15 years. Tanks may not even last half that.

Do not use this company. We had a solar and battery installation carried out in March 2025. We decided to go with Solahart as we wanted a smooth installation and peace of mind going with a large supposedly reputable firm. So, we paid significantly more than other companies were quoting. Well with this company you certainly don't get what you pay for. We waited 5 months for the system to be installed (3 months longer than promised). I would absolutely recommend Solahart Rockingham. Great job all round. The installers were great very clean, very professional and very helpful. The job was done in record time. The office staff especially Sharon were so helpful. The price was great and I got a quality unit.
