Terrible customer service even though they promised at the start they were above the other solar companies in terms of service. Before signing to a contract, I was repeatedly boarded with automated emails to sign the contract. Once I signed up, there was close to no communication until they needed money from me. When I did not pay the right amount, again I was bombarded with emails saying it is overdue. Still no phone call from the staff to follow it up. Post installation, the service is even worse. I had the Solahart Technician Liam attend my property to replace parts under warranty to stop a water hammer issue that had only occurred since having the brand new system installed. After replacing those parts, he then replaced another part which eventually fixed the issue. I was then told after installing this part; that is was not covered under warranty and I would have to pay for this part, but was advised the labour would be covered under warranty.
