Still getting the runaround from Solarhart Rockhampton for installation of Solar battery. 4 mths on. Paid 50% deposit for solar & battery in July. After much chasing got the panels & inverter installed in September. Then paid 50% of remaining amount. In October rang them again wanting to know where is the battery. I don’t know how some reviewers received their installation within 5 days of the initial enquiry as I ordered and paid for mine a month ago and still waiting. I have had to continually follow up with Solarhart only to be repeatedly told that Ergon is holding them up. I have since contacted Ergon who advised that my order was only submitted to them yesterday, a month later, and they are still waiting on Solarhart to submit the EWR.
