Had our solar connected it had never worked well! After many phone calls and lots of run around we. We finally got our new inverter but had to ring head office and threaten to contacted consumer Affairs! After many months they came to the party and told it has an app so down load it. Got back to me within 24hrs of my online enquiry, came out and quoted the job and had it done within the month. Cannot ask for anything better. Really happy with the work and communication.

Still getting the runaround from Solarhart Rockhampton for installation of Solar battery. 4 mths on. Paid 50% deposit for solar & battery in July. After much chasing got the panels & inverter installed in September. Then paid 50% of remaining amount. In October rang them again wanting to know where is the battery. Was then told it would be installed on the 11th November & that I was top of the list of installations due to having had the order since July. I don’t know how some reviewers received their installation within 5 days of the initial enquiry as I ordered and paid for mine a month ago and still waiting. I have had to continually follow up with Solarhart only to be repeatedly told that Ergon is holding them up. I have since contacted Ergon who advised that my order was only submitted to them yesterday, a month later, and they are still waiting on Solarhart to submit the EWR. My advice to anyone considering Solarhart is to expect lengthy delays with the installation. Ve... read more
