Edited to add: the day after posting this review my husband received a phone call from the company. One week later an electrician was sent out to tweak the backup structure to include our home cctv. Expect absolutely dismal service and communication from this company! My husband called last year for a quote to have an inverter and battery installed to upgrade out home solar. Called for a service of our Solahart system (the second one since 1997) the technician advised us that it should be replaced and explained the reasons, we decided it would be more cost effective to replace it than repair it. We arranged the financial payments and ordered our third Solahart system in 29 years. The new system was installed within two weeks. Had solarhart midvale out to service our roof top solar hot water system and at the end they told us it was heavily corroded and must be replaced The guy showed photos of another system unit not our one Then got very pushy to buy another one He was rude and arrogant We got another company out for a second opinion and confirmed there was nothing wrong with our system I watched him take photos of our,system And confirmed solarhart hart was using different pictures from another system Stay away from these rouges There are bette... read more
