Use caution when dealing with this company they’re very sneaky about costs. They send unsolicited texts saying they’re in the area and that it’s beneficial to get your solar checked to improve lifespan but provide no estimate or implication of costs, no report of the work completed and then receiving an invoice a few days later expecting it to be paid within 2 days. Also claimed it was a 5 year service when I bought the unit 2 years ago. Something really dodgy about all of it. I would not recommend this company.
Edited to add: the day after posting this review my husband received a phone call from the company. One week later an electrician was sent out to tweak the backup structure to include our home cctv. Expect absolutely dismal service and communication from this company! My husband called last year for a quote to have an inverter and battery installed to upgrade out home solar. Called for a service of our Solahart system (the second one since 1997) the technician advised us that it should be replaced and explained the reasons, we decided it would be more cost effective to replace it than repair it. We arranged the financial payments and ordered our third Solahart system in 29 years. The new system was installed within two weeks.
