These guys replaced my Solahart HWS recently. The old unit had a buildup of rotten leaves underneath it after 20 years so what did these guys do when then they installed the new unit? Placed it RIGHT on top of the corrosion causing leaf litter rather than spend 30 seconds brushing off the build up. Unbelievable. Seems to be the accepted standard now days.
We live in Rural Gingin Shire; whereas trades are willing to travel to Mandurah they think we live in the back of beyond, the roads are less congested, the parking easier, although Apple phones sometimes do not work! It all started by getting a solar system on the new house in 2024. We talked to a lot of companies, some were cheaper, but they were just after a quick sale, others just trotted out a set script and were not willing to visit, even the ones that came out failed to grasp our needs and particular requirements.
