I had a quality control problem where the contactor who installed the solar panels did not complete the paperwork to submit to the supplier and I have not been receivng credits for my solar feed in. Your staff have been dealing with this issue but I have not yet heard if it was resolved. There is a strong possibiity here that I will loose the $2000 of cedits I have accumlated so far. It might be something you have to check has been done for the future. otherwise all has been good.
