UPDATE. STILL HAVE NOT HEARD FROM SOLAHART BUNDABERG REGARDING ORGANISING THE REPAIR. HAVE BEEN ADVISED BY TESLA AUSTRALIA IT IS A SOLAHART BUNDABERG REPAIR. Purchased PV & Battery System. Battery has failed before, now after the second time battery/solar panel failure, have been getting the run around. Customer service is non-existing. In the meantime, product / service not delivering as promised. Out of pocket money every day due to customer neglect. Very stressful situation. We are very happy to have used Solarhart again for the solar system on our new house. The team at Solarhart Bundaberg were easy to work with from the start. If we ever need to, we will use them again.

Very grateful to the entire team at Solahart Bundaberg for helping us out with a new solar system. Very impressed with their communication with us from the office ladies to the team who came to the house.
