Disappointing experience. Noticed SolaHart solar HW system was leaking thursday afternoon - rang friday morning and informed no techs available as all on RDO. Could not fit me in the following monday or tuesday either. Let them know we’d be away for a week - when we got back had to call and still had no promise of when someone could attend. Expressed concern that they’d had a week to schedule us in. Finally told someone would be out Thursday (2 weeks after leak detected). UPDATE. STILL HAVE NOT HEARD FROM SOLAHART BUNDABERG REGARDING ORGANISING THE REPAIR. HAVE BEEN ADVISED BY TESLA AUSTRALIA IT IS A SOLAHART BUNDABERG REPAIR. Purchased PV & Battery System. Battery has failed before, now after the second time battery/solar panel failure, have been getting the run around. Customer service is non-existing. In the meantime, product / service not delivering as promised. Out of pocket money every day due to customer neglect. Very stressful situation. We are very happy to have used Solarhart again for the solar system on our new house. The team at Solarhart Bundaberg were easy to work with from the start. If we ever need to, we will use them again.

Very grateful to the entire team at Solahart Bundaberg for helping us out with a new solar system. Very impressed with their communication with us from the office ladies to the team who came to the house.
