Wondering what exceptional service looks like? Give this team a call. Tristan, Rachel and the team made and unexpected & untimely experience into an amazing outcome. We had a rental unit installed the next day while we waited for the new one (which wasn’t long at all) and had answers to every question, constant updates on delivery & installation. Wish we could give more than 5 stars - they absolutely deserve it!
Absolutely a joke of a service - be warned if you get a solarhart roof top system installed they are about the one people who will service it and then your hell will start - over a month for them book in the service and then the day before they cancel and promise to be in contact the next day to arrange a new appointment which they did not took them four days to reach out with a new appointment time two months later.
The solar assessment appointment was missed, there was no communication from Brett the representative, and despite being told twice that a manager would call me to rectify, no one followed up. I had already left work early and travelled to the property for the visit, so this wasted my time completely. Sophia was helpful when trying to assist afterward, but overall the business made no real effort to resolve the issue. Not good enough.
Excellent! Very friendly, courteous, professional team. No questions left unanswered. Excellent from sales team to install team. Fantastic service provided.
