The solar assessment appointment was missed, there was no communication from Brett the representative, and despite being told twice that a manager would call me to rectify, no one followed up. I had already left work early and travelled to the property for the visit, so this wasted my time completely. Sophia was helpful when trying to assist afterward, but overall the business made no real effort to resolve the issue. Not good enough.
Excellent! Very friendly, courteous, professional team. No questions left unanswered. Excellent from sales team to install team. Fantastic service provided.
wonderful friendly punctual experience with solahart
We have had Solar Hot Water since we bought our house. Had a new system in 2011 and with 5-yearly services we have had no problems and great service. Prompt, service done on time and absolutely no problems. I would recommend Solarhart to anyone requiring constant hot water all year round.
