Solahart has been a great experience from the first contact! Took the time to come out and quote the Solar & Battery system properly and priced what I asked for! They installed it in the timeframe they said! It is a great system with Goodwe Batteries & Inverter. The installation team were great to deal with and done a very professional install! Mick and the Solarhart Dubbo team came to our rescue! Out of hours, with a smile on his face, only too happy to help when our solar hot water had a major leak. Within the hour Mick had it triaged and sorted so we had hot water on the spot! Highly recommend, 10/10 service from local bloke who could have easily said "tomorrow". Love your work!
Solarhart have provided a quality product that is delivering exactly what we needed. Very happy with the customer service and after sales service. I had an issue setting up the app and Tyrone drive out to sit with me and help me set up and understand how to use it. You don’t see this sort of care often. Highly recommend this company.
