We recently purchased a home with two Solaflect trackers and have been so impressed by their customer and technical support. We love our Solaflect tracker…and so do the cows (image). It has produced more energy than expected, over 38 MW in about 6 years, saving us well over $8,000. It is also handsome – we think of it as our moving art sculpture display and we hear only positive comments from neighbors.
Solarflect was outstanding from our very first contact with them. They came for a site visit right away, answered all our questions, sent a proposal, answered more questions, processed all the necessary permits with the Town and the electric company, referred us to a bank which offers low interest, 15 year solar loans and kept in touch throughout the whole process. I received an email response within hours, and had a knowledgeable solar assessor on site the very next day! They quickly came up with a few options for me, I selected one, and they quickly handled all the paperwork with the state and utility.
