If I could give her a ten, I would! She really takes her time with you and genuinely cares about her patients. Since being under her care, I have had no other issues.
Absolutely HORRIBLE experience! Caroline is rude, nasty and does not care about patients at all! She has some power trip where she feels it’s okay to yell at patients! Getting in touch with Dr E is nearly impossible as they never relay messages unless you threaten to go elsewhere. I also believe Dr E quit because of the staff at UT health! Awful 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!! RUN!!!!!!
This review concerns the UT Physicians Office Staff at 915 Gessner Rd Suite 400, Houston, TX 77024. The inconsiderate treatment is deplorable! I arrived with my 79 year old mother to this UT Physicians location, for her scheduled UTI issues visit. She needed to empty her bladder desperately. The receptionist, Tamara, would not let her go because SHE FIRST WANTED TO CHARGE HER THE COPAY!!! Literally, how important is saving yourself a urine sample jar if the copay didn't go through? Dr. Solafa Elshatandufy was referred to me by my prime physician as I was having serious health problems. Oct.2022 was my first visit, Dr. E ( as everyone calls Dr. Elshatandufy. ( better known Dr. E ( due to her long last name). She examined me, and instantly she said, I can help you, that is not a problem at all.
