We recently took on a solar project for our remote cabin. Reginald and the team at Solacity were great to work with. They helped us understand the basic concepts of solar power (we were new to this) and what we needed. They provided accurate quotes and were able to get us with all of the items we needed eg. panels, cable, DC fridges etc. We also communicated frequently in the lead up to our project and always got prompt responses. We were having a problem with our Inverter and spoke with Reginald at Solacity. Although we hadn't purchased our solar power system from Solacity, he willing spent many hours with us over the phone, trying to solve our problem. Hats off to a company who values its clients and takes time to assist resolving any issues. I highly recommend Solacity to anyone looking into a solar power system.
If you are looking or planning on installing a solar or off grid system this is the place. The staff are wonderful and extremely knowledgeable and helpful, they go above and beyond the basic customer service. Thank you!
