I was blown away by the quality of service I received at Solacity. Their staff are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They worked patiently with me to figure out every little piece of hardware and wiring, etc... that I needed to complete my solar installation. I can't say enough good things about this place!
Very disappointed! I wanted to look into using solar to power our little travel trailer off grid. My first contact was Regan, and she was great! Very friendly and helpful and she did an inventory of my electrical needs for the trailer. Unfortunately she is new and needed help with my setup. So another lady said she could help, but she started asking me technical questions I didn't know the answer to. If I was an electrician I would do it myself. I can't believe she didn't know the basics of a small RV.
I’ve shopped with Solacity on 2 separate occasions now. In both instances they were incredibly helpful and had the best prices on quality equipment. Katie and Avery, I can’t thank you enough. You never hesitated to provide helpful advice, and for that reason I will keep coming back!
