Had my first haircut in Richmond with Hoang. I'd been getting bored with the usual style that I'd been getting, and talked with Hoang beforehand on what changes I'd been looking for. He brought those discussions alive, and gave me a haircut that I still sometimes look at in the mirror in some awe of what I hadn't known I could look like. 5/5.
