Best sauna experience in St. Pete! I have been to a number of studios in the area, but this is where i always come back to. Other places rush you and are focused on turning over the sauna for the next person, but Solace is truly a relaxing, rejuvenating experience. The whole space smells relaxing from the start, the saunas are always clean and fresh. Every detail of Solace is perfect for a little self care.

Love sauna - Solace was first on my list to try around town. The positive: cute place. Nice staff. Temp is definitely toasty enough to get a good sweat in. You can also play Bluetooth inside. The room has a nice setup and feels private. The eucalyptus towels / water station / oranges - all awesome and appreciated. The biggest issue: I could hear all of the conversations, billing calls, etc from outside the room - even with Bluetooth connected music playing.
