I booked with a new stylist and expected a trim to remove dead ends and add some light layers. Instead, I got a drastic, uneven cut that was much shorter than requested. I was clear about wanting to keep enough length for a party ponytail for my sister’s wedding, which I had already paid for—but that’s no longer possible. If you are going to move locations ... atleast tell returning clients when they make an appt that the store has moved 20 mins away...it's common sense. So annoyed!
