I didn’t know about this place until I went to their opening in St. Albert an employee told me they had a south office and decided to look it up. It’s WILD that a mental health group has 200 reviews… I looked it up on chatGPT and yup this is totally against their rules as therapists. Not only can you not ask clients for reviews you also can’t comment on it cuz it means you’ve just confirmed they are a client publicly. If I didn’t have the ick before this would do it. EDIT - I think they tried to remove my review….
In regards to Jenny Reed’s review, I would also like to point out a response to a negative review this company got a few years ago. Why would you openly admit on the internet that you fired an employee over a negative review/mistake? On the website, I appreciate that the clinic promotes the idea that no one is perfect.
