Very happy with my RMT Yan Lin. She genuinely cares for her patients and is very professional.
My experience with Stefanie was terrific. She was very professional and guided me as a first timer through the process. My upper back and neck area have not felt as good for some years I would say. I will book her again for sure.
It was my first time here. The massage itself was good. I was asked if I wanted an eye mask as well (not being informed this was additional $) which I brushed off when I noticed it on the bill. But afterwards, the customer service via email was not helpful at all. They are not responsive and helpful in addressing my questions. So for lack of customer support, I give two stars. Most likely, will not return.
This afternoon, I visited Solace Massage Therapy Centre, and got a massage from Michelle. The experience was fantastic through and through. Even before you enter, there's a washroom. In the washroom there's a funny sign that says "if you sprinkle when you tinkle, please be neat and wipe your seat." Delightful.
