I wanted a diagnostic on my unit. The technician Rayden that came out was very professional , knowledgeable and helped me understand what the problem was. He was great. He called ahead of time to give me the ETA. I would Recommend this company! Great service! Ask for Rayden for your technician. I will be using this company again if any more issues I might have with my unit.
UPDATE 8/12: Rebecca reached out following the experience, apologized and sought to reschedule. We found out our neighbors had a positive experience with Solace so we decided to retry. Everything went smoothly and well so updating the review to 4 starts. If this was the initial experience, it would be 5. Tech (Ryan) showed up timely and provided his assessment. Our technician was professional, efficient and personable.
The air went out today. I called and immediately came out and got it going again and I’m so thankful.. It was almost 90° in my house and I can tell you that was not very comfortable. Ryan was my technician and he did a very fantastic job. He was very professional and cordial.. I have recommended Solace many times on next-door neighbor and I’ll continue to do so thank you very much
