Solace is amazing! Our air went out on Memorial Day weekend, and we were able to get an appointment for Tuesday! We were shocked. Rodney came and did a full check on our entire system. He was so thorough and explained things well. He gave us a price for repair, and told us to check about financing. Once we knew we could get financed, we asked for someone to come give us an estimate on replacement since our unit was out of warranty. We had an excellent experience with the two plumbers, Sam and Davion, who recently installed two hot water heaters and took care of several other plumbing needs for us. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and handled the installation and the other plumbing needs with professionalism and care. Both were respectful and friendly.
