Molly at the Memphis office has been great at getting us the help when we needed it. Molly has been very courteous, and professional. She went above and beyond to help us. She’s a joy to work with. Also a shout out to Rebecca and Aaron and the technicians who came out to work on our HVAC.
Happy with the two HVAC unit installation. My home presented a few access challenges and some drywall issues, but Solace was able to work through everything smoothly and get the new HVAC system installed perfectly.
We had a electric hot water tank installed. The techs was absolutely awesome. Micheal Albertson and Cobie Taylor. They were so professional and the politest young men we could ever had.
Jose arrived earlier than the scheduled time. He was very thorough on what was the problem with my unit. He suggested options to resolve my problem, very knowledgeable and truthful.
