My basement was like ice when I called. Quick response, very knowledgeable and professional. Great people to work with and I trust them. Nick was able to diagnose the problem with my 10 year old mini split. Gave me repair/replace options and I decided to replace. Now that we have had our new HVAC system from Solace for over a year, we are as pleased with the service we have received as we were with the initial purchase and installation. Solace really honors their service contract, they are quick to respond to calls, and their technicians are efficient, knowledgeable, and professional. When we had an issue after the recent ice storm, Solace answered our call right away and fixed the problem quickly and at no charge to us.
Thank you, Nick Panucci! The HVAC system in my one-year-old house stopped working due to a burned breaker (the builder failed to do their job). Nick got it running again within 30 minutes of arriving and came back in less than 24 hours to replace the part. He was extremely nice and professional throughout the whole process.
