I actually went in for a requirement that Humana needs for me to do an in person follow-up at least once a year. While there I addressed what I needed and not knowing if what I needed was provided I asked anyway, low and behold the services I needed were available and now I have an appointment to help with my concern.
Jennifer Wasik is great at understanding my feelings and concerns. She is phenomenal at helping me navigate life and gain confidence in myself for personal growth… Even when i find it hard to effectively communicate. She provides an amazing cognitive approach to help reduce my general anxiety so not to solely rely on medication. She just doesn’t just ‘agree’ with ‘what’ I am saying but can provide insight and also challenges me to set healthy boundaries with others as needed.

I’ve had such a challenging experience in the medical space in general. Spending time with Dr. Pulas has been a game changer for me. Honestly the first doctor that actually made me feel seen. The staff there are so kind. You never feel rushed or like you are inconveniencing them. The entire experience there is 10/10.
