I've been a patient since before Solace was first named with Dr. Patel approximately ten plus years ago. Im currently very happy with my nurse practitioner Lynn. There is however a tremendous problem with the office management thus office staff and level of service. Solace offices over the past probably nine months do not answer the phone at all. I work in healthcare and my schedule, for lack of better words- sucks. Everytime I have to schedule a follow up appointment they r more then helpful. Great girls at the front desk and great doctors
I really like my doctor-Dr. Pulas and I think the office staff is wonderful! Paige has gone out of her way to help me a couple of times and I am very thankful!
Staff is extremely friendly and professional.
