Dr. Northrup is amazing. My rating is based on the merging with Solace. Solace “co-pay” collectors and their management are extremely unethical. They will cancel your much needed appointments without second thought if the co-pay balance reaches a single dollar over $100. They also spam and leave countless voicemails aggressively to collect co-pay. We have been with TMS Dr. Northeup’s office for years, all co-pays paid on time, it was a wonderful pleasant experience before. Everything went downhill after Solace merger.

After working with Dr. Northrup for years, I have found him to be one of the most professional, ethical and knowledgeable Mental Health Professionals in the Tampa Area.
