Decent property staff responsive maintenance addresses concerns fairly quickly people continuously damage the gate to enter and past year random mischief around property but overall it's a safe place for my daughter to play outside and mostly quiet
Terrible. Went in just to ask a simple question about leasing one of their beautiful 3bedroom apartment. . With a leasing office staff like that I don’t and would not be comfortable there. The Lady with the disform BBL had such a bad attitude. I walked out . I waited patiently for her to finish conversation. Said hello how are you doing . Then walked out . You can’t sit behind a leasing office desk and be rude . Attitude very Ugly. Very bad service very bad experience.
Don’t recommend living here management sucks and the kids and visitors will damage your property/Vehicles and management will just say “oh that’s why you should have renters insurance.
Since Ashley left, this place got worst. It was bad before but affordable. My first car was stolen here twice and no one knew what happened. Sad part was that the second time the gasket was completely blown so a wrecker picked it up and they could help with that issue. I've been asking these people help with my refrigerator for the past three months.i sent Over pictures someone from cooperate had to come see as if my pictures wasn't good enough.it took them two weeks to visit.and I'm still waiting on the issue to get fix.the neighborhood is dirty kids running around every where breaking cars.gate always broken.solabella is not what they want you to think it is.its a mess and Ive been here for 5 years.this will be my last year here it's horrible.since Ashley left things are not being handle... read more
